Sims 3 Midnight Hollow

I bough the midnight hollow a few days ago, I haven't been able to enter the add on world. When I go to main menu is not there, but in my downloads and install menu is there install and downloaded to the Sims 3 game. Also I was able to use all of my store iteams before, now is the same problem as the world I just bough, I can't view them
