I recently bought The Sims 3 on Origin along with a 8 expansion packs, all at the same time. I began installing the game and then after that was installed I began installing the expansion packs, everything went fine until I began downloading the Island Paradise expansion pack, it said I need the Registration Code found in my confirmation email. The problem is I have looked all throughout my email including junk mail and I never received an email with a Registration or Product Code, the only codes I received were serial codes for certain expansion packs. But none for The Sims 3 or for Island Paradise. I need help because without the registration code most of the stuff is useless.

Check on the origin client.

Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there

If it's not there, log out and back in and/or restart Origin
