I bought The Sims 3 - Island Paradise from Origin on Wednesday 21st August. It is in 'My Games' but I haven't received the confirmation email so I do not have the key needed to Install it. It has never taken this long before so I decided to ask whether this was normal and if anything could be done?

try this log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there if your still logged into origin log out log back in to refresh/reload the game then right click the game icon-show game details make a note of your code have pen and paper handy

Same here. I talked to one of the EA help people yesterday and they said it was a known issue that was being looked at. I asked how long it would take to resolve, and they said 12 hours. It's been more than that and still no email. Trying to chat with them again now.

I had the same issue. If you haven't solved it by now, hover over your game, right click it, select game info, and the product key is there.

I have purchased FIFA Manager 13 Live Season 3 hours ago. I downloaded Origin to my PC shortly after that. I have not received any confirmation e-mail of my purchase, although it is showing in my purchase history. Moreover, the game is not visible in the "My Games" section of Origin. Can you please guide me?
