I ordered the Sims 3 University over 2 weeks ago but it still hasn't come, I wasn't given a tracking number and I already talked to a game advisor and they said they would refer me to their specialist team but that hasn't happened yet, any advice on what else to do ?

You need to talk to customer support again.
