Merge accounts

I had previously signed up to the sims 3 with my own account a while ago and I have some sim points on there however recently I have downloaded the sims 3 games via my friends Origin account (this account I am using now). Is there any way I can merge the accounts so everything is using the same one?

Do they have the same email address or are you playing your friends game now ? Did your friend give you the account (as far as I'm aware, sharing accounts is against EA's TOS)
