Help! Wont update since expansion

I downloaded an expansion. I already had a few including pets. It told me to uninstal the base game on orgin which I did. I have reinstalled both the expansions and the game.. Now Only the game works but no expansions and when I log into the launcher it says I am up to date. (all games bought on orgin) How do I fix this???

What is your base game version right now ?

Open the launcher and check the number in the lower left corner.

If you're not at 1.63, please update your game.

ALso what is your operating system ? Are the icons of the expansions highlighted in the launcher ?
