Edit: Never Mind!
I bought about 25 small items at the same time from the Store. The launcher didn't automatically start, nor will they show up in the launcher's Downloads or Installed Content sections.
Edit: Sorry I figured it out! Had to go to Purchase History in my Store account and download them from there
