Well, eventually I got sort of solution.
As I said, I had contacted EA help but they couldn't help me.
After that dialog I was asked to give feedback about their help /customer satisfaction survey/, so I answered that my problem wasn't solved, described in FAQ etc. A couple days later EA member from EA Customer Relations contacted me because of that survey. She asked details about my problem and then added some simpoints to my account since they couldn't add specific Sims 3 Store items.
So although I didn't receive item from that particular list, I cannot say that I'm unsatisfied =)
