Re: Cannot activate The sims 3: World adventures.

Hello all 
When i'm trying to activate this game to my account, it says : Serial number invalid [in my language, Finnish].
I remember having some issues earlier with some other sims game and i was able to chat with a person who assisted me with the problem back then, but i guess they have taken the chat option away ?
