I bought a brand-new physical copy of the game. I registered the code on Origin and it works fine (downloading it now), but I can't register the game on Sims3.com (where I'm supposed to be given US$10 worth of points).

Re-registering won't help since it's registered.
Contact a Customer Support game advisor so they can take a look at your account to find out what's going on
Game advisors can be found through live chat.

The game shows fine as registered on your myPage.
Do you not see the orange redeem button there ?

I've waited a day. There is no orange button. And I still do not have my promised Sim Points.
And I just tried again. "The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit."
To repeat. I bought a physical copy. I registered it on Origin, so the code -should- work fine. But now it won't work on Sims3.com, -and- I do not have my Simpoints.
