Can't log into Sims3 Store

Bought sims3 today through steam.

 

I can log into the Sims3 page, I have registered my game on the site, but when I go to the "store" web site, it says I have to log on again, but it won't log me on, just "thinking" for ages. So I can't download any extra material, and the game isn't exactly rich as is. 

Been struggeling with this for hours now, please help.

Edit: 

 

When I launch the game, it asks me to enter the serial code (which I already used on the website), and when I enter it, it says it's invalid. WTF? Please help, I'm getting really frustraded here.

Did you install and download through Steam as well or did you use Origin ?

 

I really don't know much about Steam so I don't know why it's asking for your code again.

 

As for the issue with registering, have you tried using a different browser ?

Installed through Steam, not origin. Have changed origin/sims/ea-password. Have tried different browsers. 

So still in need of help:/

Can't help with the Steam issue. You might wanna ask in the Steam forum about that.

 

As for the game not registering, I would contact customer support to help you with that.

 

 

Game advisors can be found through live chat.

 

  1. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ 
  2. Set your language to US at the bottom
  3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
  4. Describe your issue with a few words
  5. Click on Find a Solution
  6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
  7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
  8. Select Platform: PC
  9. Click Find solution
  10. Scroll down and click I still need help
  11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
