Can't find game. Late Night.

So I looked under my games and found Sims 3 but I cant find late night anywhere? Every time I redeem the code it wont let me and I know I've registered it so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Log out and back in in Origin. If that does not help, reinstall Origin.

If that still doesn't help, get in touch with a custeomer support game advisor

3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
4. Describe your issue with a few words
5. Click on Find a Solution
6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin

8. Select Platform: PC
9. Click Find solution
10. Scroll down and click I still need help
11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
