Can't Redeem Product Code, Session Expired. [ Edited ]

Hello, just earlier today I made a purchase for the Hidden Springs World from G2A (<link removed. Unautorized seller>). To redeem my item I had to go to theSims3 website and enter my 'key code' there. When I did as instructed, it wouldn't successfully redeem it, it would only keep loading until it would give me 'the session has expired' screen. It has worked for many others since this is a trusted website where many people make their purchases, but not me. I contacted the seller and he redirected me to the Sims3 Forums or Origin. I cannot get a refund since he says it might be an issue on the Sims3 Website's end or just my internet connection (which it certainly wasn't.) How can I solve this issue? I still ended up paying about $13 for this and it is kind of frustrating. Again, this item (key code) has worked for others. Please help?

You can't expect help here if you buy with unauthorized sellers. These sellers sell stole keys or keys bought with stolen credit card information.
