@lkrecic So I asked around a bit and there are others experiencing this.
My NPC Sim now had Twins once and single ones. Not enough data I guess.
It is on the list and that's all I can do for now. Maybe you're right and I should not have merged but the trouble with too many threads on the similar issues is that I'm constantly moving between them. I like to stick to this one for now unless you insist I should make yours separate again

I had this very reproducible in one of my earlier saves but not in the current one.
One pair of twins, 6 single babies.
