I can't connect to the gallery for the last couple of days now!

I wasn't going to add to this because I figured enough people had reported, and you get the picture. It has been at least 3 days for me now, also. However, I get back into my game after trying to log online, and I get the message: You must have The Sims 4 registered to your EA account to access online features.
I sure hope I have not only The Sims 4 registered to my EA account, but every single pack they have released. Because I am obsessive like that and have to own all the stuff.

I have not been able to connect to the gallery since yesterday and have had no lick today. I am in Canada. I have tried all the suggestions including complete Uninstalle and reinstall still nothing works.
