untrusted system file : gdiplus.dll [ Edited ]

I got this problem after full scan virus with Kaspersky

I tried every solution i found and didn't work at all

this is solutions i tried

1. sf /sfc /scannow in command prompt

2. netsh winsock reset in command prompt

3. update lastest graphic driver

4. reinstall game

5. repair game

6. delete Certificates in EAC folder and can start the game but cause engine error

Please give me help

I just found the method that to update window 10 1903 to 1909

and it work
