cannot restore my password to request a new serial for the key and vice versa

Hello everyone,

I have a serious situation here since I am a subscriber of SWTOR but haven't played for a long time. now I want to return playing - forgot my password and my new phone request (by the digital security key app) the serial number.

I am in a "LIMBO situation" here since I cannot restore my password to request a new serial for the key and vice versa.

PLEASE HELP! my money goes for nothing in this kind of situation.

Apologies for late reply to this, you are best to call Swtor CS , they will be able to assist you getting logged into your account

I cannot make global phone calls throu my phone.

I will have to cancle my subscription throu out my credit card company thou.

Please returen to me if possible.

My mony goes for free in this situation.

You are best to use skype or a voip program if the phone plan is no good, skype costs me about $2 for an hour call 

If you use the bank to refund the subscription and try and cancel it, this will result in permanent ban on your swtor account and it can also result in a permanent ban on your origin account.

I strongly recommend you call swtor cs to get this resolved.
