When I finish a game, it doesnt load me into a new one

This has happened to me every single game for 2 years, I start the game and when I stay in the lobby for too much without looking for a new match it stays on a infinite loading match, when I find a game and Im back to the lobby it happens the same so I have to leave the lobby with my friends and join back in because it always bugs, and even sometimes when I do that it stills bugs and they get into the game without me, I have tried reinstalling the game and it is still the same, I need help because having to leave the lobby with my friends every time we finish a match is very annoying.
