@proxos666 sent a second message to that EA link, fist said to contact the swtor part of the team and was given a link, but link basically says if you are a f2p or preferred player, look here or if you are a sub, create a ticket in game, also has a ticket in game put there by my sub alt and will see what happens

@calwred also remove all cookies, tried different browers and different computers and still the same response for both accounts

Hi, I have the same problem on EU server. Just updated my email and password just in case but that didn't change anything, my ea account isn't using the same email address as my ea account.

The linked EA / origin account is deactivated , you need to get the account activated to fix the purchasing issue with the swtor account Kuehmosh

If your unsure then best to email support@swtor.com they can assist identifying the EA account you need to get fixed 

Edit - if you log a ticket with EA in regards to a deactivated origin account, you can tell them it is linked to the email address on your swtor account
