No characters on banners in-game (Xbox One)

So on Xbox One during gameplay around the map there's the Apex Legends signs that display the character pictures of the champion, kill leader, etc., and the same banner pictures on the "Squad Eliminated" screen and "Champions of the Arena" screen for your squad, but in my game there is no pictures at all, just a blank space. It's been happening ever since I updated. No one else seems to have this problem yet.

I have the same issue on PS4 and it’s really annoying. Didn’t happen til the BP came out.
