Lost all progression

All my progression got cleared to ZERO, an for what I just started up the game and BOOM!, Ø 

mare they going to fix it or what. Sent fair amount of time on it and played since season one and everything is gone stats, the battle pass was done as well and went back to 26. The general level was 500 and went back to 1.
