Log-on/Server Issues PS4

[Ghastborne]

I get code 100 for all my servers, and I have done all the troubleshooting, changed connections, PlayStations, accounts and DNS settings.

It won't show me in a party with my friends, won't open friend menus,

won't accept invites,

and when I get in, it hides my team mates from me. Then, some games,

I'm randomly kicked and I can't invite them back, no matter what avenue I choose. 

Preloading

I even swapped to Salt Lake City Servers with MODERATELY better luck.
