I can't launch my game

Every time I open the launcher it says the login services is currently unavailable. I've tried uninstalling the game and it still doesn't work. I don't know what else to do to fix this problem.

What antivirus are you using ? ensure launcher.exe is in all the exception lists

eset - disable protocol filtering

kaperskey - disable secure/encrypted connections

nortons (firewall) ensure set to allow not auto

if a ping to launchpad.swtor.com responds then the launcher should respond to login, I would ensure launcher.exe is in the antivirus and firewall exception lists
