My game crashes all the time, I've troubleshot pretty far and unfortunately there seems to be nothing I can personally do to fix this issue which is: my game will randomly Freeze for 3 seconds, then be playable for 10 seconds, then completely crash. I'm on Xbox and I ruled out the consol by adding my account to a separate consol and separate wifi and the same thing happens. I've also played on my own consol on my wife's account and it has never happened. I have only found 1 solution on line in a reddit forum but it was something that only PC players could do. So far my only choice is to start a new account but that is not ideal since I have spent a fair amount on skins and that would make it a waist.
Please help.
