First game low ping, other games 200 - 250 Constant Ping

When I enter the lobby, the ping is 60, I play with 60 ping in the first game, other games ping is always between 200-250. Also, when I exit and enter 1-2 times during the game with 200 ping, the ping drops to 60 again. (there is no problem with my internet, I get low ping in all other online games.)
