Apex Legends PS4: Unable to Connect to EA Servers

I haven't been able to play Apex Legends the past few days I've been stuck on the loading screen. I've contacted EA support and they couldn't figure out the issue. I've done all the troubleshooting steps on the EA website. Changing DNS settings on PS4. Opening Ports on my modem. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I even switched out my modem at my ISP. All other online games work and streaming websites just not Apex Legends. This is the only game I play and can keep me entertained and I've been without it for almost a week this is my last resort I hope someone can help.

Sadly I've tried all of those solutions and none of them work. I've contacted EA support as well.

I am in the same situation. There is no problem with my modem or ISP or connection. Every other game works well. Only Apex is giving me an issue. And at times, Battlefront 2. 

Please can someone come back with a definitive answer or solution.
