anyone else have this problem??? i was at the store. I bought sims3 with the 2 expansions included. i load the discs, and make this origins account. I played for a couple days just fine. I then decided to purchase sims pets from the origin  store.  the expansion downloaded. now none if the game works. Iget this message saying im not connected to origin, yet still says im logged in with the option to log off. I wait for hours on phone calls,I try live chat. but none of these people have a clue. keep sending me through my computer. making excuses, and tell me to get ahold of them if i cannot fix the issue. do they not hire real IT people there?? if anyone has this issue, and fixed it.could you please help me out... thanks
