Used Unlock Code [ Edited ]

I just bought University Life on my tablet for my son's PC. I then tried to type in the redemption code onto my pc to download it and it has said the code has already been used. 

Can you issue me a new unlock code please?

Please remove the serial code you listed; this is a public forum. 

Only EA can handle account issues like lost registration codes, recovering passwords, changing email addresses, purchasing/refunds, etc. Here is a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
