Sims 3 Seasons Crash/New Patch not working

Everytime I go to download the new patch, it says that the files can't be found.  Now, when I go to save my sims, the game crashes.  Anyone else having this issue?

Though with me it did download and using "Save As" worked for a while, but then now it still does the same thing every once in  a while.
