Sims 3 Into the Future Limited Edition items not downloading.

I purchased my game from origin but I've yet to see the Quantum Power Pack anywhere in game. I've also checked the purchase history and it hasent downloaded. I assume Origin automaticaly registers my game but I can't find it anywhere. Please Help.

you should get an email with a code for the quantum pack which you will redeemon the sims 3 site  that can take up to 24 hours for you to get the email if after 24 hours you do not get the email then contact CS

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
