I am trying to play The Sims 3 but I have installed it on my old computer. I want to play it on my new computer but it says that the code has already been used. How can I fix this?

if you have an origin account and your games are registired to orign ( if you don't have origin download that too) download the digital version of your game
make sure to use the same email and password for your the sims 3 account as origin and your the sims 3 account are tied if in the event you need to contact CS here's how
