Missing sims no money in the household

Every time I enter one of my saved games it has no money and I can not do anything with the sim I really don't want to uninstall please help!!!

@Jayda0723  Please post more information. Is your computer a pc or mac? Do you have any cc/mods in the game? What is the version of the game?
