The Sims 3 launcher doesn't load teh front page and it says that there is a HTTP 500 error.
Since it won't show up I cannot download any bought DLC from store. When I try a window pops up that tells me to log into my account even if I'm logged in. And when I log in again it pops up again like nothing happend.
I already contacted EA Help but they weren't able to help me. Cleared cache, uninstalled the game and downloaded it again and it doesn't change.

@dgzosia Try clearing the cache for Internet Explorer. Even if you never use it, the store does for some purposes. Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorite sites.

If you have Windows 11 and no Explorer, you'll need to instead clear the cache for Edge's IE mode, at the bottom of this page:

@puzzlezaddictThank you! I deleted cache from internet explorer previously but that didn't work. When I deleted cache from Microsoft Edge everything works fine
