I've tried resetting my password multiple times, clearing my browsing history on internet explorer, but nothing works. It either tells me my password is incorrect (when I'm in the game) or the login screen disappears for a few seconds and then comes back (in the launcher). Can someone help??

@poofan34 Try changing your password to something with only letters and numbers, no special characters, accents, etc.
If that doesn't help, try deleting the file labeled [your email].bin in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads.
