Can't buy any Sims 3 expansion packs

Origin will not let me purchase any more The Sims 3 expansion packs. I have been trying to buy island paradise and into the future for a long while now but it just says "You already have all the games in this order" Every time I try contacting they all tell me the exact same responses and never help. I really wanted to trying buying the games again because its only $4.99 right now! Still no luck

Even though it's not a permanent fix, it should allow you to buy the expansion packs you want while they're still on sale.
