CAS acting odd.

Can anyone help? I barely move my mouse yet my Sims spin around like crazy. It's like it's not syncing up properly. I've tried another mouse, same issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled origin, repaired my game, driver and PC is all updated. I really can't think of anything else to try.
