i asked to play online and my case says resolved but i still cant go online

I asked to play spore online and started a case, it says it has been resolved but I still cannot play online was I supposed to get an email because I have not received one.

I am sorry to hear that your case has been closed before the issue has been resolved. Can you please open a new case and see how that goes?
