I've just been randomly placing building where ever I can find space. Now I'm out of room. Is there a way to redisign my city without demolishing buildings? I mean something like a storage for buildings and roads and then placing them one by one.  Thanx in advance

Put some special services buildings in storage box. Such as university or stadium , then you have space to move your buildings , and after that place those stored buildings
