I went to play Claire Hart itsho wed i had 2 new games. I bought 1 and my computer went out so I got back on line and bought more Gems so i could buy what showed to be a 2nd game. I wnt back in and it showed i could buy a second game and it took my GEMS but when I went back in. it only had 1 game. I had bought the last 2 series of the game and already layed them. I thought I was buyinhg the part 3 and a new part 1. But all I got was part 3 and charged 40 Gems. Cna you hlp mePLEASE thanks Norma Littleone189

Please follow these steps to contact a game advisor directly for help getting your gems back:
1. Click the link http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=pogo&platform=pogo and sign in with your Pogo name and password.
2. Where it says: ’Select a topic’ choose ‘Billing/Purchasing’ from the drop-down list
3. Click underneath the heading: ‘Tell us a little more about your issue’ and enter ‘Pogo’
4. Click the orange ‘Next’ button

From what I can see on your account it looks like you bought Episodes 99 & 100 of Claire Hart, which is Case 30, Parts 1& 2 ('A Lady Vanishes' and 'The Masked Man'.
Please check to see if both of these episodes are showing as available to play when you load the game.

I had already bought part2 and played it. I dont look at the namesi just buy whatever is up there. I had 20 gems left it showed 2 gMES TOBE BOUGHT I JUST CLICKED BUY like always .I had tobuy more gems and i bought what I thought was another gaame. but for some reason it was the one I had already bought and played.So i have been cheated out of 20 GEMS. Thanks You Can you PLEASE help me.
