For the Cutting Thru The Fog Badge in CLUE Secrets & Spies, you'll need to find 5 Fog Cutters.

Only certain episodes will contain Fog Cutters. Select these specifically to search for Fog Cutters, whereas you can complete 5 different episodes or else just 1 episode played 5 times.  The Fog Cutters are used on a foggy white scene as opposed to a dark scene. The Fog Cutters have larger blue lenses.
