So my daughter wanted me to purchase some gems for 4.99 I believe it's 50 gems 💎 for that price....the game popped up a window saying I was not an authorized user to purchase...or something like that well my credit card did go through but I didn't get Gems! How can I get my money back or the gems on the game!?

Click the Help Center link at the bottom of this page and open a 'Missing Content' case, you will need to provide your player ID and proof of purchase, the advisor should be able to correct the amount of gems on your account.
