Unable to download the Paranormal Game Stuff [ Edited ]

I was gifted earlier today the Paranormal Game Stuff and no matter what I do I can't download the pack. I used Repair, I turned off and on the Origin client, nothing seems to work. The game pack is there, the Download button is there all green but no matter what it doesn't do anything when I click it. Please advise. (my game version is  1.70.84.1020 )
