Sims 4 won't download on my mac

Hi, 

I'm a player of the Sims 4 and I've gotten the disk one a few months ago. At first, I downloaded it on a windows computer and then I tried to download it on my macbook air. 

But for some reason, every time I tried to download it on my mac, it would stop all the time. And it's not my internet as my internet was really good when I tried to download it. Like the first time, I waited a whole day (I started the download at 9:00 am) 'till 7:00 pm and it was at 85% but then suddenly it would decrease to 71% and back to 85% and then down to 64%. 

I've been trying for months and now I just want help.

You need to completely delete all files that have so far been installed before attempting to reinstall. I would get rid of the game and Origin and start again:
