Sims 4 Crashing

Origin updated on 1/13/20. Now my game keeps crashing and fast forwarding when the maid comes. I fired the maid it stopped the problem with the speed but my game keeps crashing. PS I don't have any mods. Please help it frustrating have to save every 5 minutes.

@mrs5675  Is your computer a pc or mac? If it is a pc please post your computer's dxdiag and attach the test file to the paper clip in the lower right of the forum response window.

Yeah I thought it was my mods and/or CC, but removing them and also doing Game Repaid did nothing for me. It always crashes when trying to go back to my house either traveling, via CAS, or even via Build Mode.

@BearLandBucFan  Try moving your entire Sims 4 game folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  Launch the game, which will create a clean folder with no content.  (Don't add anything to this folder yet.)  Start a new save and have your sim travel around a bit, to test.  Let me know whether this works.
