Missing Pack After Account Merge

I recently merged two EA accounts. All of my Sims stuff transferred except for the high school pack and streaming stuff that came with the early purchase of the pack. High School wasn't even my most recent purchase. How can I get it back without repaying for it?

@sploofi   As this is an open public users helping users forum user accounts can not be accessed here. This issue needs to be handles by an EA game consultant. Try EA support
