I can't seem to post or respond to the Sims 4 forms. Please respond?

I've been trying to respond or post in the Sims 4 forms. It has no button to do so, I tried clicking "quote" thinking that would at least bring up some post but nothing happens. All I can do is click the like buttons on other peoples posts. Very frustrating.
