Help me pls!!

I just moved from mac to pc. I have installed sims and all my packs but i cannot open it. And i do not have an electronic arts folder. Can someone please help

@Katy52367  Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.  Hit Windows key-R, enter "dxdiag" without quotes, let the scan finish, click "Save all information," and save the .txt file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply in this thread.

Please also let me know what antivirus you use.  If you're not sure, open the Task Manger (right-click on the Taskbar along the bottom of the screen to see the option) and look through the list of background processes for anything that sounds like it might belong to an antivirus.
