Cannot connect to Gallery ingame

Hello!

So I have been encountering this problem for months now and not even the tech support can help me with my problem. I cannot connect to the gallery ingame. I have already done all the recommended troubleshooting solutions that the tech support has provided me (running on new admin account, run as admin, reboot the modem/router, reinstalled the game, fix and repair the game, etc) but still I cannot connect to the ingame gallery. Weird thing though is, if i connect to the vpn, I can access the ingame gallery. Is there something I am doing wrong?

As you can connect to the Gallery while on VPN it looks like your ISP for some reason is blocking access to the Gallery. You will need to discus that with your ISP noone  here can help with that.
