Can't Write Books

Sim won’t continue writing book when the “resume writing” button is pressed. The sim approaches the computer and then jumps backwards. She can use the computer and sit in the chair at the desk but glitches stands up when I try to get her to write. I’ve tried resetting my sim and all the nearby objects and nothing has changed

It doesn’t work on other computers or lots either
