Can I buy an Origin DLC key for The Sims 4 and redeem it on the EA app?

Hello! I want to buy a key for some DLC's on The Sims 4 and I can't find and Steam keys, only for Origin and my question is: Can I redeem an Origin key on the EA app without spending the money on nothing

@Smarcuer  Any key that is supposed to work in Origin will also work in the EA App.  Having said that, keys from unauthorized third-party sellers don't always work at all, and you'd be running the risk that you wouldn't be able to download the pack, or even that it might be removed later.  (I'm not saying that will definitely happen or even that it's likely, only that it's a risk.)  Here's a list of authorized sellers:
